ABOUT THE 9th ANNUAL GALA & AUCTION

Dust off those old prom dresses and letter jackets and get your dancing shoes ready! We're inviting the entire St. Edward Community to join us at this fun-filled evening.

Funds from this annual gala event help provide needs-based tuition assistance, technology and classroom enhancements and much more to St. Edward Catholic School.

We are thrilled to announce that this year, Bishop Joe S. Vasquez has graciously agreed to allow our community the opportunity to celebrate in his honor. Therefore we are asking the St. Edward Catholic School and Community to come out and support the Gala and Auction.

We invite you to be a part of this special event with your support as a Table Sponsor, Corporate Underwriter, or Donor of an Auction item. With your support, we hope this will be the biggest year ever for this event.

How Can You Help?

Sponsorship of the Gala & Auction scheduled for February 20, 2010 is an investment in our school and church community, and future. There are several ways in which parents and community supporters can help, including:

  • Sponsor an Event program Ad for your business or honoring your children, family, teachers, volunteers, or loved one
  • Donate Live or Silent Auction items
  • Help your Room Mom and students as they create this year's fabulous Class Projects
  • Host one of this year's fun-filled Sign-Up Parties
  • Sponsor the event as either a Corporate Underwriter or a Table Sponsor

Contact one of the Gala Committee Members at to help.

Please take the opportunity to support St. Edward Catholic School as a Corporate Underwriter, Table Sponsor, or by advertising. No contribution is too small!

Let's SHAKE, RATTLE & ROLL for St. Edward Catholic School!
