Description:  Advisory Board meetings are open meetings, except for executive sessions, and are held monthly.  Meeting dates are published on the monthly calendar.  The right of non-members to address the Advisory Board shall be limited to those whose written petition has been approved for the agenda no later than 10 working days before the scheduled meeting date.
